Broadcast - Management Development Seminar for Television Executives  

In partnership with the National Association of Broadcasters, the Center offers this week-long seminar for television executives to enhance their management skills and deepen their perspective on the television industry.

The participatory curriculum examines current issues and helps participants formulate strategies to keep their organization competitive.

Taught by industry leaders and a dynamic team of instructors from the Center, the NAB Management Development Seminar provides a meeting ground for participants to share ideas and network in an open, relaxed atmosphere.

Participants will gain deeper insight and strengthen management skills in key areas:

  • Finance and operations
  • Effective negotiation
  • Sustainable marketing strategies
  • Organization dynamics
  • Brand building

Who Should Attend
Senior executives from a television station, group or network will benefit from the curriculum offered. Attendees have included general managers, sales managers, program and news directors, station owners, rep firm employees and international executives.
